Setting Your Business Hours

You have to get in the right mindset. You must remember you have a real business. Just like the brick and mortar  stores in your town. Every business opens and close at scheduled times, this is their business hours. Your business  must have the same. Scheduled hours that you work on building your business. This helps you plan your day and be  effective.

Always be doing something that has to do with building your business.  You need to have time set aside to market, learn, mentor and manage your business.

Here is a break down on how I spend my day building and manage my business.

80% of the time I am marketing

10% of the time I am learning and finding new ways to market my business.

10% of the time I am managing my business and personal mentoring.

I am always committed to my business. You should commit right now to create your own business hours. In the home based business industry all we have is our time.
